RETURNS POLICY
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not currently offer returns for change of mind or size since each order is custom and made to order. We do hope to be able to offer this in the near future as the business grows.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering and contact us if you would like help selecting a size or if you have any questions.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, by means of manufacturing defect or print defect we will immediately replace your item free of charge. Please use the contact form to open a returns request. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the fault in the first instance and we may require you to return the faulty product to us for inspection.
Please note we will not replace items that have been damaged by means of opening the package with scissors or a knife. Please exercise caution when opening your packages.
